Known as foam rubber, flexible polyurethane for cold moulding, in its variations of softness and mechanical performance, is a very advantageous system as it allows complex shapes to be obtained in a single moulding, surpassing in simplicity and cost the alternative of flexible block moulding foam, which requires cutting/paste work to obtain even the simplest shapes.

Our formula is commonly used for the production of chairs, armchairs, sofas, cushions and armrests, and allows the positioning of inserts directly in the mould before casting.

Our system does not contain harmful TDI isocyanate, and responds to the growing demand for raw materials that are safer for the professional user and have a lower impact on the environment.

High- or low-pressure foaming machines are used to produce items with this system.
